To try to make life a little easier we have set out below how we work and how we set our charges so that you can decide if we are the right company for you.
We only use qualty materials which do cost a little more, but will last you longer than the cheaper alternatives, we do however price them competitively.
We do not have a call out fee, however, if you have problems with your plumbing or heating system and our Engineers arrive to speak to you about them, they will take around 15 minutes to have a look and make a basic assessment.
If after this time they believe further investigation is needed to find the problem, they will tell you this and explain that they will have to start charging for their time. They will explain the charges to you.
If you are not happy to begin paying, they will leave the premises having given you their best assessment if they are able to.
If you are happy to pay for the service, they will make a full investigation.
If, while on site they are able to solve the problem, then the work will be carried out at an hourly charge. If they cannot solve the problem there and then, we will send you a quotation. Upon acceptance of the quotation, the cost of the investigation will be deducted from the cost of the work.
All costs are for domestic customers and VAT is added to these prices:
Labour only charges
- First half an hour charge £42.00 inc VAT
- 1st Hour Charge £68.00
- Any Hour after that £35.00
- Daily Charge £220.00
- Gas Safety Certificate £45.00
- Boiler Service £70.00
Landlord Labour only charges (3 or more properties)
- First half an hour charge £36.00 inc VAT
- 1st Hour Charge £ 45.00
- Any Hour after that £ 35.00
- Daily Charge £180.00
- Gas Safety Certificate £ 40.00
- Boiler Service £ 55.00
